Hey gang. Michael here and today we’re talking about The Path. I have about 15 to 20 real estate agents coming in here today and we’ll be talking about The Path with the agents. This is a class that I teach.

It’s not mortgage-related. In fact, I don’t teach mortgage-related classes a lot of the times.

It’s about business building. It’s about how to set goals. It’s about how to get what you want. In fact, The Path is something you can use in your mortgage business to figure out what you want, where you want to go, and how you want to get there.

So, just real quick, I’ll tell you what you need to do:

  1. Declare, you want to declare what you want. You want to ask the question five times. What do you want and why do you want it?
  2. Defined, define the NRAs? We talk about NRAS here in the loan officer experience. Necessary, required actions to get what you want.
  3. And then you got to decide if that’s what you want. Yes or no. It’s a very simple question.
  4. Create, that’s something we talk about. It’s called conscious self-creation. You need to create the character that you want to be to accomplish your goals.
  5. So then commit, then you commit. You say you will, you will get done. I’m not going to try, I’m not going to give it a whirl. I’m absolutely going to do it.
  6. And then complete, stop stopping. Stop stopping, quit quitting. Right?
