Meet Michael Mann
My name is Michael Mann, Owner and founder of Loan Officer Experience and I want to explain the difference between me and the quote-unquote GURU’s currently offering similar systems, products coaching etc……. The big difference is I am actually producing loans. I am a producing branch manager that actually generates loans. I actually go out and speak to agents, I teach agents, I form new relationships with Real Estate agents. I actually put into use the stuff I teach. I actually use the scripts that I talk about. I am walking the walk with you Also, I am not your mortgage guru… I am a marketing and branding expert with emphasis on relationship building.. And oh by the way, I just happen to be in the mortgage business.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Loan Officer Experience (Penn Valley Consulting LLC) wants to make sure that all of our clients are happy with the value they get from us. There may be certain circumstances where you would like to change your subscription, modify your payment terms or are unable to attend an event for which you signed up. The following is our Refund and Cancellation policy. If you have any questions please direct them to info@loanofficerexperience.com and we will address your individual concern.
Event Registration: No refund for Cancellation
Loan Officer Experience events provide value far in excess of the registrant fee. The registrant fee is designed to cover the event space and overhead for holding the event and is not a profit center for us. As such, it is our policy that we won’t issue refunds for cancellations for our live events. If you are unable to attend an event we will credit your purchase toward a future Loan Officer Experience event you wish to attend.
Coaching/Consulting:
If you wish to cancel your coaching relationship at any time with Loan Officer Experience, we require that you make your request in writing to info@loanofficerexperience.com and allow 30 days for cancellation. Any billing that occurs for between the time of your notification and the time of cancellation, or 30 days from the time of notification (whichever occurs first), will not be refunded.
