  • Don’t try to be anybody else. Be you. Do what you want to do.
  • Don’t trade your relationship with your family for the business.
  • A lot of people in our industry have an expectation for instant gratification, but you need to have patience.
  • The first thing you need to know is your why, and your why might change.
  • Be realistic with your goals.
    • Some months will be bigger than others, but you won’t get to your end goal right away.
    • Live and appreciate today; don’t look into the future or the future. 
    • The past is the past and you can’t do anything about that, and your don’t know what is going to happen in the future.
  • If you’re not doing social media you’re missing out big time.
    • Social media for Michael is one of the biggest platforms.
