Recent email that I sent caused some controversy amongst some sensitive followers of LOE.

After reading some feedback I can see how some people could not appreciate the manner in which the email comes across.

My initial reaction… regret. Shit, I should have been more conservative in my approach. I dont want to make anyone angry. I want to please everyone.

My second reaction….. well we’re not able to please everyone but maybe I should be more cautious with future emails to make sure most everyone is happy.

My third reaction… is wow… one guy wants to slap the shit out of me… another says Fuck off…. another told me to go and stump for Trump <whatever that means>

Sometimes it’s ok to thin the heard espessially when these kind of people are tuning out.

Here is the lesson I’m learning… it could have been a better email, but I’m not perfect…. Some Will Some Wont So What Someone’s Waiting.

These people were ticking timebombs looking for a reason to tell me to pound sand.

Reason for this post to you guys….. it’s normal to want to stop doing what makes people respond or threaten or tune out. This response can and does crush the spirit of salespeople ever day…. and its understandable.

Please know that this does not crush my spirit. What it does is make me pause, reflect, and strive to be better. That’s it….

It’s just sales.

I responded to each email in a respectful and classy manner. This is how we get better.
